The nose is floral hops, citrus, white pepper and malt. The taste is orange rind, grapefruit, caramel and floral hops with some resin bite in the finish. Medium bodied. Really good APA. Aroma is fresh hops, earth, citrus, grapefruit, and some caramel malt. Flavor is similar to the aroma with earth, citrus, and pine, very freshly hopped, with a little caramel malt backbone, although the hops dominate. Long bitter hop finish with medium body. Aroma is light sweet citrus. Flavor starts light sweet caramel followed by citrus, grapefruit a little grassyness and a green hop bitter dry finish. Light -medium body is tangy with lively carbonation.
