The aroma has notes of soy sauce and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of soy sauce, and caramel as well as light notes of roasted malt, leading to a soy sauce finish combined with a light note of roasted malt, reminds me of an ice cream topping. Pours a nitro black with big nitro head. Semi-roasty nose with chocolate and yesterdays cold coffee. Nitro watery flat mouthfeel. Creamy chocolate milk flavors, that’s all I can taste now that my head is full of nitrogen. Gets lower scores for appearance and palate because you fucks put nitrogen in my beer without my consent. wetherel (1636), Encinitas, California, USA
