Nov 26, 2009 On tap at PP SC. A nice surprise. Poured a dull gold color with a frothy white head. Aroma of corn, bread and spice. Flavor was the same with a bit of spicy and citrus elements. Quite good for the style.

Jul 25, 2009 On tap at San Clemente. Pours with a small white head that fades over a clear yellow body. Aroma is grainy and grassy, Taste is grainy and grassy with light bread and a touch of lactose. Thin with light bubbles, dry mouthfeel. Passable.

Jul 3, 2009 Draught at the brewpub. Light straw with a small white head. Light sweet malty aroma with a light mineral touch. Light grainy sweetness in the flavor with a light tangy touch, low bitterness and a touch of minty, herbal hop flavor in the finish. Light bodied with a nice, spritzy feel. I liked the dry, almost grainy finish. Not much, but a nicely balanced, refreshing summer beer.
