On tap at PP C-Bad. Golden hue with a plentiful white head. Aromas of Belgian yeast, bread, and banana. Medium body. Sweet and very smooth with a bit of carbonation. Very tasty.

Oct 31, 2009 Pp carlsbad. Nice. Blond amber pour with dececent bright white head. Belgian yeast, bread and slight bannana aroma. Medium body which went down smooth.

Sep 27, 2009 Draft at Obriens, fresh of a gold medal performance at GABF! Golden orange hue with light ring of white foam. Nose is citrus, light fruits, bananas, and Belgian yeast. Flavor is Belgian Candi, pears, apples, light citrus, modest malt in the background, finishes with light sweetness. Medium body, lightly viscous texture, light carbonation. A well-balanced Belgian strong with modest sweetness and masked alcohol presence.

Sep 3, 2009 I had this on tap when it first came out at PP CBad, and I forgot to rate it, so here I am back trying it again. Yellow color. Banana Belgian yeast aroma. Lightly sweet. Easy to drink. Delicious. Creamy white head.

Jul 26, 2009 Pours with a clear golden body and a small white head. Aroma of banana esters, pear, and candi sugar. Tastes is Coriander, candi sugar, straw and spice. Light bubbles.

Jul 23, 2009 From tap at the Carlsbad brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Light yeasty and grassy hops aroma. Flavour has light subdued peppery yeasty note. Bitter and towards dry yet with a light malty sweetness. Vague phenolic touch. Ends dry and yeasty spiced.

Jul 7, 2009 Draft in Carlsbad. A golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, oranges, and peaches, as well as a touch of butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus, wheat, hops, spices, and a weird note of something I’ve a hard time to name, but is a little like butter.
