Jun 5, 2009 Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Malty grainy aroma and taste with a brassy toffee taste to the finish a crisp bitterness.

May 23, 2009 On tap at the brewpub in San Clemente. Pours a crystal clear, pale, golden-orange body with a finger-width, soft looking white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a lot of nice lacing. Lighter aromas of pale citrus and grass with some mild english malts. Similar flavor with a dry, soft hop finish. Medium bodied and smooth. Overall, very balanced and probably exactly what they were going for. Not meant to be aggressive.

May 21, 2009 Clear golden pour with a nice white head, this is a very drinkable session beer. Some nice citric hoppiness, but nothing approaching an APA or IPA, some maltiness, it’s what the mass produced swillers have failed to achieve. This is very nice. On tap at PP San Clemente
