Sample on Tap at FFF Brewpub. Pours golden with white head. Nose is mostly yeasty and fruity. Taste is light, crips and a good fruit component. If you’re a fan a belgian’s you will like this. I’m not yet sure I’m a fan of belgians.

On tap at Three Floyds, served in a tulip. Golden orange pour with a two-finger thick head of light beige foam that hung around a bit and produced some chunky lacing. The aroma had honey, citrus, toasted caramel, and also some spicy yeast esters. The flavor was lightly spicy and had strong notes of orange and honey. Lightly warming. The mouthfeel was medium to full-bodied and had light, soft carbonation. Decent, well made tripel.

On draft at FFF. Pours a clear, golden yellow colour with a white head. Aroma of spices, honey, yeast, malts and cloves. Flavour is similar to the aroma. Lightly carbonated. Has a dry, yet smooth finish.

From tap at the San Clemente brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with no head. Light grassy and solid caramel malty aroma. Solid acidic and dry malt and hoppy base with a solid level of fruity estery notes to the malt. Smooth and bitter finish.
