On tap at the Solana Beach location. Pours a deep cola brown, fairly viscous with a frothy beige head. Big nose of bananas, clove spice and roasted malts. Very creamy on the palate with a faint hint of booze, very tasty.

Dark brown hue with minimal head and light lacing. Nose is dark fruits, Belgian Candi, spices, and brown sugar. Flavor has more of a banana presence typical of the style, followed by raisins and dark fruits, as well as apples and peaches, light resin-grass hops balance out the bready malt backbone and fruit backbone, finishes sweet with a Belgian Candi emphasis. Medium-full body, medium carbonation with a slight bite, thick texture. A delicious and complex WB with a big banana and fruit presence throughout, alcohol warmth is present but not overwhelming.

On tap at Solana Beach. Very tasty beer. Color was a dark brown with reddish notes; off white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, and fruit. Flavor was the same; sweet and dangerously drinkable. Fantastic effort.

On tap at PP Solana. Banana Belgian yeast aroma. Lightly sweet. Very good. Kind of like a Dubbel: Chimay Blue-ish. Small head. Deep brown-red color. Very good.!

On-tap at PPSB. Pours ruddy, dark brown with brown highlights, thin white head, some lace. Head looks a little funny, grainy almost. Smells sweet and caramelly, candy sugar and some sweet grains. Tastes sweet and sugary, caramel with just a hint of dishtowel and a touch of alcohol. Medium body, good carbonation. Nice overall.
