Cloudy golden-beige. Husky nose with light banana. Sweet, malty, with some bubblegum. Hints of banana. A bit too sweet for me.

Sample at the pizza port in Carlsbad. Hazzy standard wheat color, light lacing. Good citrus & wheat flavor. Decent for type.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy yellow-orange color with a minimal bone white head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Sweet malt and yeast in the nose, along with some fruit. Medium, clean body with flavors of wheat and malt, plus some yeast and sweet fruit. The finish is wheaty with a lingering fruity aftertaste. Above average Hefe overall.

On tap at CarlsBad Lo Cal. Pours light golden haze with white head that lingers. Has the distinct taste of "pizza port" I can’t pin point it. The bubblgum and cloves where mild. smooth Hef. Nice job Pizza Port

this beer actually has a beer aroma and i don’t think i noted this for years: sweet, beer aroma; tempting to be hazy, dark gold body, with a cascading off-white head that leaves little lace; banana and bubblegum flavor, primarily; pretty good.
