Oct 23, 2008 Strawyellow pour with light creamy white head and lace. Lemon, malt, and light paper, almost no hops. Light malt light corn aftertaste. Fizzy and watery. Very refreshing, light and easy to drink.

Apr 13, 2008 Very light beer. Tastes sort of like a miller lite or coors light. Pours very light yellow with very very small white head that does not last. The palate is much like Kool-Aid. This is my least favorite that I have had at this brewpub, but my wife likes it. IMO Its meant for the non-beer drinking audience.

Mar 31, 2007 sampled at the brewpub. clear straw color. Aroma is lightly grainy with faint hints of floral hops. Taste is very light, with some grainyness and light notes of malt and hops. Didn’t taste any major flaws, an ok light beer.

Aug 26, 2006 Wasn’t too bad, but by the time I got to it I was already full of beer that it was a little tough to drink down. Will have to try another time.

Jul 16, 2006 I would call this an introductory beer for those not familiar with craft brew. Very light bodied with an unassuming grainy malt character and very light flowery hop aroma. Finish is slightly tart and flavor is grassy throughout. Much too light for me, but I can see it as an entryway beer.

May 15, 2006 Sample at Metuchen, NJ location. Color pours sparkling golden with white head. Pale malt aroma. Light malty and biscuit like flavor. Mild hoppy finish. Obviously designed to as a crossover for the BMC drinker. Not bad, but not exciting either. But I’d drink this over BMC any day.

May 9, 2006 This wasnt too bad actually especially after it warmed up a bit. Very light gold, thin lasting white head. Aroma is initially light dms, corn, gritty, light bready malts, and slight herbal hops, but as it warms a nice estery fruitness comes through. Flavor is very light with bready malts, more grittiness, and light hops in the end. Relatively smooth I guess and very easy drinking. Would be a good beer on a hot summer day. Very clean and refreshing.

Mar 21, 2006 on tap-pours a creamy white head with pale yellow color with effervescencs. Aroma is grain. Taste is grain. OK carbonation.
