Bottle. Caramel, light fruit nose.Orange brown, off-white soapy foam. Thin body, berry notes, light off-flavors, a hint roast. Need to try this again fresh one day, this wasnt too good....

Sampled twice, once from bottle courtesy of Jonas, once at the brewery. Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is dark amber to medium brown. Aroma is moderately malty (toasted grain, cookie), trace hops (flowers, herbs), with a note of soap. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. FInish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A very unfulfilling dunkel...bland, thin, and kind of soapy.

Bottle (previously known as "Hadmar"): Amber coloured, mid-sized quite persistent white lacy head; fruity, slightly dark-malty nose with a touch of toasted malt; sweetish-bitter, slightly sourish flavour, light bodied; short malty-fruity finish. Not very good.........

Bottled. A clear dark amber beer with a quite big light brown head. Nice aroma of malt and caramel. Sweet malty taste with caramel, nuts and fruity notes. Light/medium bodied, mild hoppy aftertaste that is medium long. Balanced, refreshing, flavourful and easily drinkable, has all you can ask in a dunkel. I liked it very much.
