Clear orange/amber body, thin-medium large-bubbled cream head. Nose of clove, sweet, with musty breads and crackers, wet hay, and funky fruits (apple and pear). Estery. Sharp, well-carbonated body features sweet breads, wet hay, and a touch of banana. Light phenolic appley notes in the finish.

This weizenbock pours a hazy yellow gold color from a 50cl bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is malty and slightly tart. A medium bodied weizenbock. The malts are fruity and sweet, lots of citrus and some caramel. The hops are spicy and herbal. Good carbonation. Nice balance. Decent beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Picked up a single 16.9 oz bottle from Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a semi-hazy golden orange brew with a thick white head that has some good retention and lacing. Aroma of multi-grain and wheat malt, some banana esters, cloves a touch of bubble gum and some lemon zest. Taste is medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of wheat malt, bubble gum, vanilla and banana. Finish is semi-sweet, with a wheat/banana and toffee aftertaste.

Shared bottle at the PP SAF. Citrusy fruit aromas with some wheat and malt notes. Flavors were more lemon and orange with definite wheat twang and touches of spice. Not bad

16.9 oz bottle. Misty pale orange with a fluffy white head that continued to grow after pouring, pushed up by massive streaming carb. Settles 5 minutes later with spots of lace. Wheat, light banana, cloves and brown sugar. Wheaty body with enough zippy carb to keep it from feeling pasty. Taste of banana and wheat with a subtle caramel sweetness. A touch of sour at the end rounds out a nice brew.

From a 500mL Bottle. Generously shared by TAR. Hazy golden colored pour with a tall head of fizzy white. Soft banana esters, gentle nutmeg phenols and a light creamy wheat acidity create a delightful, yet simple bouquet. Light bodied, crisply carbnoated mouthfeel with a gentle wheaty tang. Delicious wheat malt flavors livened up by a splash of milky banana and gentle clove spice. Exceptionally clean and drinkable, with a beautiful marriage between malt and yeast. Thanks for sharing, Jeff!

Pours a light amber orange with a nice fluffy lasting head. Aroma is spicy cloves, gereen peppercorn, toasted malts, sweet doughy wheat malt. Bready wheaty flavor with some banana, and lots of vanilla phenols, clove and spice- deep sweet doughy malts, lgith caramel and nutty toffee. Big body and nice finish.
