Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. The aroma has notes of malt, straw and flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, straw, citrus, flower and a slightly dry bitterness in the finish. Quite refreshing and nice. When compared to their other beers it might seem to some to be a disapointment but as a stand alone Helles this is everything a Helles should be. One of the better Helles that you can find anywhere.
