Sep 8, 2009 Bottle: Poured a light amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light floral caramel malt with some nice clean crisp hops in the finish. Taste is also dominated by a mix between some light dry caramel malt with subtle floral notes and a subtle but still noticeable clean crisp hoppy finish. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Not bad but lacking some depth.

Clear light to medium yellow amber color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, molasses, dusty, toffee, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20081018]
