Cask at GBBF, August 2006. Golden amber colour. Soft, mild malt aroma. More of the same on the palate. Relatively low hop profile. A pleasant enough, easygoing beer, if a tad short of impact.

Cask at GBBF 2006. An orange beer with no head. The aroma is quite light with flowery and malty notes. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of butter.

HOppy in aroma, not so dark, not so bitter either. Bubbling head and not annoying taste after a while.

Beer No 1 on the Wilson’s Road Trip 2005. Draught from The Old Harkers Arms, Chester. Pale golden with minimal head. Aroma of grapefruit, caramel, butterscotch. Good bitter finish. Refreshing one after a long drive by Jane.
