The seventh beer at the Modry Abbe blind tasting.
Pale golden (almost yellow) coloured, medium sized airy white head, pleasant fresh hoppy nose with touch of corn. Sweet malty, lemony hoppiness and just a tiny touch of alcohol. Quite dry with moderate bitterness. Much better than Platan Premium.

Fresh noble hops that is not so malty with sour fruit accents. Bright gold with a dense white foam cover. Nice flavour and not quite as bitter as some other beers of this style. Nice malt flavour that is well balanced by hops flavour but with some powdered sugar. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation and an almost clean finish.

Aug 28, 2008 Clear golden with large white creamy head. Sweet and fruity aroma with hoppy and caramel notes. Sweet and floral flavor with mild yeasty, caramel and hoppy notes leading it to a bitter end.
