On tap at Wildeman. A bitter and very dark beer, really good. It’s got a creamy head the tastes picks up, from an easy sip to a punchy finish. Sticky and sweet.

Jul 11, 2009 Draught at Plevna. Thick lasting light brown foam. Dark red-brown color. Small aroma without errors. Robust taste with roasted malts and a well balanced bitterness.

Jan 26, 2009 Draught @ Plevna, Tampere. Dark brown color, almost black. White small head. Aroma is sweet berry malts, not that roasted. Flavor is surprisingly strong and dry for dunkel. Roastedness, plum.

Nov 2, 2008 Draught 0.3L at Pikkulintu. Nice beige head. Dark black/reddish colour. Mild nose. Soft taste malty and mild hoppiness. Some hints of coffee and roasted malts.

Jan 9, 2008 Cask at GBBF 2007. A brown beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet malty wtih notes of roasted malt, while the flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and straw, leading to a dry and slightly roasted finish.

Oct 3, 2007 Tight 1cm head is fully lasting atop the almost black hue. Fruity, almost smoky blackberry nose. Rather simple, but refreshing brew with a high level of sweetness that is cut by an intense carbonation. Powdery mouthfeel with cocoa, sour berries and nutty intricacies. A lovely take on the dunkel style.

Sep 28, 2007 Cask-GBBF. Dark brown with a big and lasting, creamy off-white head. Rich aroma of caramel, malts and some hay. Sweet flavour with toffee notes, and a lasting roast finish.
