| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Aug 1, 2008 Pours a coppery amber with a solid layer of light tan head. Aroma is a bit minerally, grassy and bit dough-like. Flavor is a definite carbonated bready malt with notes of spice. There is a bit of this mineral quality that I can’t quite put my finger on. Body is light with definite carbonation. unclemattie (2446), Georgia, USA

The pour produces a tall, light tan, long lasting head of creamy foam.
Fresh bread dough aroma.
Very slight sweetness, no perceptible hops, some drying astringency forms at the finish.
Smooth, with more body than I expected.
Certainly drinkable, if not great. Loose the astringency and this would be a decent beer. redlem (1155), Illinois, USA
