| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 23, 2009 Pours a very red color with a good head. The aroma is light malty and a little grainy with some floral notes. The flavor has some light American hop zing with some rice and some rose water. Not bad in any way really. tmoreau (579), Lombard, Illinois, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 20, 2009 A 12 oz. bottle poured to a small Czech-pils glass at Weisgerber’s Cornerstone Pub in Baileys Harbor, WI., displaying a clear, brownish amber hue with a modest, off white head and light lacing. The aroma was some toasty malt with just a hint of caramel. The flavor was similar with some biscuity hints and light hop bitterness. The body was somewhat light and watery. Okay, but uneventful, standard faire. wmubronco1992 (184), Coldwater, Michigan, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 3, 2009 Bottle - Nice amber color. Short lived small white head. Small amount of lacing. Slight sweet aroma. Little bit of malty flavor. No aftertaste. Overall very average. Like each of the Point beers I’ve tried it has a thin palate with a very week body. Reminds me of when the Macros try to produce fake micros. You’d think that this long time brewery would be able to produce something more interesting. fidelis83 (724), Clinton, Iowa, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 6, 2009 Pours a clear, copper tinted darkish brown with a thin off white head that fades to a thin skim and ring pretty quickly. Aroma is caramel, light cereal grain, floral and grassy hops. Flavor is caramel, grass, grain husks, straw, sweet malt and some nutty notes. Finish is dry grain, straw and mineral notes. Palate is thin, lightly creamy at first but dries out pretty quickly and becomes pretty watery overall, moderate but oddly sharp carbonation doesn’t help the flavor profile much. Not terrible but not likely to be a repeat buy for me either. drowland (1410), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Aug 23, 2009 Amber pour from a 12oz bottle. Nice looking amber brew with an off white to tan head. With an agressive pour it builds a nice head that lasts for a while. Aroma of sweet grains with a hint of wet newspaper funking it up a bit. Body and flavor are light. A little sweet malt at the start and a tiny smack of haps in the finish. Thoroughly uninspired and bland, lacking zest, but with little to give offense.
