Sampled from bottle. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow with a tall, but quickly diminishing white head. Aroma is brite, floral and spicy. The flavor is balanced and tart with orange and pepper-like spices. Light to medium-bodied, well carbonated and refreshing. Spot on for the style, and a good beer all-around.

Cloudy muted yellow in color with a bubbly, foamy head. Cloves, oranges, coriander, vanilla extract and pepper convey the traditional wit aroma. Touches the tongue and the sprits is a bit hot, yet it washes over quickly, leaving flavoring elements of lemons, vanilla and cloves. An atypical crispness comes to play and doesn’t detract. Tiny dashes of pepper help the mixture recede into a calming spice complex. Pepper and cloves are the main staying components throughout. The brewery’s lager rhythms creep up nonetheless and are most evident in the lemony citric acquaintance in the finish. A noble effort when all’s said and done.

bottle-pours lightly hazy straw yellow hue with a spritzy white head. estery, light lemon and corriander aroma with light orange. some wierd pork/smokey thing going as well-maybe it was the yeast strain. flavors are light and slightly lemony/fruity. body is spritzy and crisp. a fairly impressive wit from this brewery, but it doesnt compete with the best of the crop. a little too much grain and sourness on the flavors.

Thin white head with a very light golden color. A little sour taste with a touch of orange in the back side. It seemed a bit watery.

Yellow with Big White Frothy Head. Skank Aroma. Sweet and Wheaty Aroma. Coriander and Light Skunky Malt on the Tongue. Overall, Light and Uneventful, But Certainly Drinkable. Actually One of Their Better Brews.

Light golden, slightly hazy with a medium fluffy white head. Coriander, orange peel, musty yeast, banana aroma. Lightly yeasty flavor with some lemon peel, wet grains, and white pepper. Moderate-to-high carbonation that works well for this particular brew. Surprisingly good!

Spicy yeast aroma reminiscent of Hoegarrden. Pours a golden yellow, carbonated, weak head. Fruity flavours similar to a hefe. Palate is a little thicker than expected. Weak finish. Give me a good reason to pay premium for this.

I’m really kicking myself for waiting so long to try this beer. From a 12-oz. bottle, it pours a slightly cloudy pale straw color with a large, long-lasting white head. Noticeable clove and spice in the aroma. Initial taste is moderately malty with a quick dose of clove and coriander. Very slight orange peel taste in the background. Light and effervescent mouthfeel. Very good summer beer and for my tastes, much better than Blue Moon. Low purchase price is a real bonus.
