Commercial Description:
Point Bock is made with a rich and flavorful recipe of roasted barley, caramel malt and an extra helping of hops. These ingredients and extra aging give Point Bock its distinct, robust taste and rich, dark color.

A bigger, darker, maltier version of the amber? I actually find it a bit sweet, though I like the complex flavors.

Got this for free from a guy at work. It came in a gold shinny can. Tasted like beast with a splack of bock. I suspect food coloring was used in this product. It tastes watery as hell. Why this got a 3.49 is beyond me. I should send the other can I got with a trade so the score can get lowered.

Tried it once, doubt I’ll buy it again.

Deep garnet in color, no head. Definite caramel malt aroma. Medium carbonation. Flavor is roasted; aftertaste is more-so. A decent beer, but somewhat lacking in complexity.

Yeah, it’s reasonably malty; don’t know about the smoky or roasty things some of you guys got though. Drank this on the hood of my car watching the sun set at my parent’s place, listenting to The Boss; the experience was better than the beer.

An american bock. Amber/brown in color. Minimalistic head. Aroma of brown sugar. Flavors of dark corn syrup, peat, and caramel malt. Does not seem to blend real well and has a very sharp after taste. It’s just this type of flavor that lend prudence to the rumor that bock comes from when the fermentors are cleaned out.

The second-best bock in America! Point beer -- not just for breakfast anymore.
