Nov 1, 2009 12oz bottle. Transparent golden-tan color. Minimal, respectable head. Some dry, seashore, earthy hops in the aroma. Slightly fruity, thin malt character with a pretty solid hop backbone. The Cascade hops help make this into a reasonably enjoyable beer. Straightforward, leaning towards West-Coast APA. Better than I expected.

Jul 5, 2009 Bottle shared with the guys at the Barrios’ 500th Swallow Tasting. Clear golden with wispy white head. Pretty standard and a little one dimensional, but still enjoyable. Lingering bitterness. Might be a little old.
