Commercial Description:
Point Cascade Pale Ale is handcrafted combining special top-fermenting yeast and a dry hopping process to create this truly classic American Pale Ale. The intriguing character is derived from generous quantities of the choicest Yakima Valley Cascade hops and the finest crystal, 2 row pale, and Munich malts. The result is a delicious American Pale Ale with a signature fragrant hop bouquet and soft malt palate.

Thanks to buckybeer for this one! Starts with a clear dark orange body that throws up a sticky white head. Malt and citrus aroma in a nice balance. Slight bitterness that moves into a nice soft dryness as it approaches the finish. Not a bad PA

Light caramel compliments the floral hops. Bland and a bit boring. Nothing screams quality like a twist top bottle.

12 oz twist-off bottle. Pours clear light amberf. Watery texture. Not that hoppy. Boring. nice hop aroma and that’s it.

Bottle. Body is orange/amber with a nice half inch head. Aromas are caramel, pineapple/citrus hops and apple juice. Flavor is fairly bitter with a nice amount of caramel malt flavors to balance things well. Interestingly I didn’t pick up much of the citrus-type hops in the flavor.

It’s surprisingly nice. All straightforward stuff I’d say about the flavors. The body’s bright and a bit fizzy. A refreshing beer at a rock solid price.

Has a pretty standard copper pale ale appearance. Decent citrus hope aroma. Nice flavor - mostly citrus, orange, lemon with a some pretty prominent malt sweetness. The mouthfeel really threw me off on this one - it’s really creamy, which would be fantastic if this were a stout, but we’re talking about a pale ale here. Personally, I prefer the palate on my pale ales crisp and clean, rather than full a creamy, but I guess that’s personal preference. Overall though, this was a surprisingly tasty brew.

This beer pours a copper body with a thin white head. Nice citrus hop aroma with a little pine. Decent hop flavor, grapefruit and lemon in the taste. suprisingly tastey.

I’m an IPA fan so most Pale Ales are a little on the flavorless side to me and this one is no exception. Pours nice and clear, very light head, no lacing at all. Taste is slightly flat its not bad per se just really plain.
