Commercial Description:
Point Cascade Pale Ale is handcrafted combining special top-fermenting yeast and a dry hopping process to create this truly classic American Pale Ale. The intriguing character is derived from generous quantities of the choicest Yakima Valley Cascade hops and the finest crystal, 2 row pale, and Munich malts. The result is a delicious American Pale Ale with a signature fragrant hop bouquet and soft malt palate.

12oz bottle. Poured a clear medium orange color. Head was bubbly, white, and reduce over a period of a few minutes to a thin film. Aroma was dominated by citrusy hops, but there was also a whiff of caramel. Light bodied and dry without any significant hop bitterness. The flavor was similar to the aroma. Nice cascade hops and biscuity malt in the background. Not a bad American Pale.

Clear golden pour with no real or lasting head. No real smell - a hint of malt and a hint of dough. No real flavor at all - maybe a hint of hops - but that is it. Mouthfeel is cotton like and a hint weak and thin as well.

Honey color pour. Average head. A little lacing. Aroma is lightly hopped with some malt background. Tastes pretty much the same with some graininess. Watery and thin mouth feel. Doesn’t suck tho and probably a good starting point for BMC drinkers.

Pours clear amber with no lasting head. Smell was lightly hoppy and smooth. Taste was extremely thin and watery. Barely any hop flavor, or maltiness to this. Body was weak and flavor was equally as unimpressive.

Deep, clear gold pour. Fresh hop aroma...hint of citrus/herbal,slight malt. FLavor is decently hopped with a swet malt undertone. Hops could be a bit more defined. Low bitterness. Not a bad pale ale for a session beer.

Pours a clear golden with a white head. Bitter with a bit of citric hops aromas. Light bodied. OK but thin and needs more aromas hops. Bitter finish.

Beer pours copper orange color with okay head. Weak aroma of caramel malt. Caramel malt dominated the flavor, but very mild and subdued. Mild and subdued hopping in this as well. As it warmed, it got worse, with wet cardboard like flavors emerging to the point that I poured the final third because my stomach was starting to feel ill. Beers like this are a total waste of time.

amber with a thin white head. Aroma is dish soap, hops, and a hint of citrus. Flavor doesn’t differ much, some earth and grain along with everything in the aroma. Slightly bitter finish.
