Commercial Description:
Point Cascade Pale Ale is handcrafted combining special top-fermenting yeast and a dry hopping process to create this truly classic American Pale Ale. The intriguing character is derived from generous quantities of the choicest Yakima Valley Cascade hops and the finest crystal, 2 row pale, and Munich malts. The result is a delicious American Pale Ale with a signature fragrant hop bouquet and soft malt palate.

amber with a thin white head. Aroma is dish soap, hops, and a hint of citrus. Flavor doesn’t differ much, some earth and grain along with everything in the aroma. Slightly bitter finish.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a medium caramel-amber color with a small white head that faded quickly. The aroma was spicy and fruity hops with not much else going on. The flavor was dry and nutty with a light fruity and floral hop character. There was a hint of caramel underneath.

Pale yellow with thin off-white head. Mild pine & citrus in the aroma. Tastes of grapefruit & citrus with a medium dry bitter finish. Decent.

Bottle, light aroma some hops, light malt pours clear with a thin white head. An average brew and in my opinion a below average APA.

Soft citric and grass nose floats above a glorious golden colored ale. Kind of a funky fruity yeast aroma as well. Nice malt flavor, the crystal is well played, and is balanced nicely withthe hops. Fairly light in the mouth. The drawback comes at the swallow - revisiting that funky yeastiness. Otherwise a pretty good quaffer. Thanks Adam.

Pour: Color is amber with tints of red Nose: Grapefruit, pine, floral and hints of malt. Taste: Heavy grapefruit, and pine. Light on the malts and hints of floral. Body: Medium not watery Finish: A bit disappointing I thought it should a bit bitter for a pale ale. Overall: A good pale ale not great

I suppose this is Point’s best effort. Not bad - irremarkable.Clear amber. Some head that dissipates and a tiny bit of lace. Cascade aroma and flavor, but not too fresh. However, I believe this to be an older sample. Body’s not too bad, but it’s a litle over carbonated. Fairly clean. Ok finish. Could do a lot worse on the other hand I wouldn’t mind another. Cheers!

High foamy head with a nice looking clear amber beer. Strong hops aroma but an unremarkable flavor.
