Commercial Description:
Point Cascade Pale Ale is handcrafted combining special top-fermenting yeast and a dry hopping process to create this truly classic American Pale Ale. The intriguing character is derived from generous quantities of the choicest Yakima Valley Cascade hops and the finest crystal, 2 row pale, and Munich malts. The result is a delicious American Pale Ale with a signature fragrant hop bouquet and soft malt palate.

Bottle courtesy of mother in law. Decent floral aroma. Copper body with off white head. Decent citrus flavor wih some mild malt in the background. Could of been little more crisp but good refresment nonetheless

Nice clear amber color with a small head that leaves a filmy ring. Decent lacing. Cascade hop spiciness dominates the nose. Nice yeasty bread notes. Slight malty sweetness peeks through. Citrusy hop notes. Mostly lemon and grapefruit. A little bread taste with malt notes come up from underneath to look around. Nice easy-drinking brew here. Smooth and creamy yet crisp and refreshing. Very nice feel. Excellent session beer. Drinkability is very good.

Bottle. Poured a pale yellow color with a white head that went quick. Aroma was faint hops, cascade hops, and mild malt. Flavor was some hop bitters, pine, and hops. Aftertaste was mild bitters. Thin body. Ok beer.

12oz bottle. Transparent golden-tan color. Minimal, respectable head. Some dry, seashore, earthy hops in the aroma. Slightly fruity, thin malt character with a pretty solid hop backbone. The Cascade hops help make this into a reasonably enjoyable beer. Straightforward, leaning towards West-Coast APA. Better than I expected.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color. Good frothy head. Nice lacing. Mild hoppy flavor. Mild sweetness to the aroma. Slight mild hoppy flavor. Very drinkable, but not outstanding. Reasonable pricing is a bonus.

Terrible soda-salty bitterness. Not nearly enough malt, just barely drinkable. Gross.
