| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jan 20, 2005 Bottle. Small white head that mostly diminished, fine-small sized bubbles, sparse lacing, carbonated, transparent, and a pale yellow hue. Aroma was light-sweet, malty and honey. I did not pick up anything else in the flavor that I did not pick up in the aroma. Tingly mouthfeel. Light body. Nothing special IMO. Cornfield (4942), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Dec 30, 2004 Pours a very pale yellow with lazy carbonation and a short fizzy white head. The aroma is a weak, sweet grassiness. The taste, like a decent macro pale. I don’t really catch the honey in this. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Dec 22, 2004 12 oz bottle sampled at my parents’ while sitting here...weak, insipid pale clear yellow, fizzy dying head...weak honey/grainy nose...sweet initial flavor, dryish, thin and a little brackish to finish. Want my other bottles? Jedsbrew (465), Rhineland, Missouri, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 9/20 | Dec 22, 2004 Medium gold color, sparse head and mild aroma-a little fruity maltiness and a touch of sourness-vinegar? Light bodied and malty, some wheat, almost dryish and not overly sweet like some of these honey beers. Well proportioned, clean finish, a little thin but with a fair amount of flavor for a "light" beer. 125 calories. Mangino (1027), Mississippi, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 5, 2004 Pours a bright yellow, small white head. Lots of Bubbles. Aroma of honey and malt. Flavor is more honey, and a kick of cascade hops. StewardofGondor (1934), Washington Heights - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 18, 2004 Updated: Dec 10, 2004Considering the price, it’s a pretty good bargain when compared to taste. There’s nothing really special about it - Point Honey Light is, you guessed it, a light honey beer with smooth traces of wheat and malts, and a moderate amount of hops. I think it’s best to bring to gatherings in which you don’t want to impress others with your beer knowledge but want a descent tasting brew that will please most people.
