Bottle. Pale clear yellow. Tastes and smells as close to water as I think I’ve ever found in a beer. A few drops of Bud were added to a bottle of carbonated water... I drank this while watching beerfest... ugh.

You’ve got to be kidding me! This beer gets a 5 overall and Miller Lite gets a 1? Please... Pours almost clear with a very pale yellow tint, slight head. Disappointing flavor. Actually tastes like beer-flavored water. No aftertaste whatsoever. Came in a sampler pack with other Point beers. Had the word "PREMIER" in addition to POINT and LIGHT on the label.

12oz bottle-Light golden body with a decent white head. Aroma of grains. Taste of grains, a little citrus, and a slight dryness on the end. Not bad.

12 oz brown bottle with a twist off cap. When you remove the cap you get an interesting whiff. The aroma is a little earthy, as if it had rocks or bricks mixed in there. The smell continues with background hints of liquid permanent hair treatment. I’ve never smelled anything like this before. The look of this beer once poured into my clear stein is lighter pale yellow leaning toward brown. It looks somewhat like ginger ale with it’s sparse carbonation. The taste is not sweet, has flavors of wet hay or pond water, in a good way if that is possible. Has more personality than a gentleman’s lager, perhaps it seems a little unrefined and coarse. The feel of this brew is welcomed above average carbonation somewhat like the fizz of tonic water. Finish is a little chalky and surprisingly has an extremely mild industrial linger that lasts for a while after the last sip. This brew has the oddest taste and is the least enjoyable when compared to the other Point brews I’ve sampled. Certainly is unique in the lager arena!

Tastes like non-alcoholic beer. At $6.99 a six-pack, you’d be better off buying a 12-pack of Old Milwaukee. This stuff is about as bad as light beer gets.

This is a recent arrival at John’s in Iowa City. Apparently, they are making it again. The body is pale gold with a small white head. The aroma has bologna and some notes of potatoes. The taste has a meaty note of summer sauage with some earthy squash. I dont’ mind Point’s regular lager, but this is too strange for me.

Welcome back point light... I think there’s a reason for this not being brewed in quite a while... let the ratings speak for themselves. Just like a point but with a cup of water added to it.

Pretty standard light beer. Pours pale yellow with fizzy white head that quickly dissapears. Aroma is corny and metallic. Flavor basically water with some maltiness hidden away there. Overall, was decent with my spicey chili cheesedog.
