Cloudy golden color with a soft, moderate off-white head. Orange soap aromas, pumice optional. Slight hint of wheat and white pepper. Light sweet wheat in the front, which is quite nice. Mild orange flavors and touch of zest. Flavors don’t abound, but what is in there is quite non-objectionable. The orange does start to get more pronounce the farther into this one I get. Another summer fruity brew. Yippee!

Jul 22, 2008 (bottle shared by Skyview) Poured gold with a white head. Aroma was really weird and smelled like lemon was mixed with stale grain. The taste was lightly sweet, but that was about it. This subdued flavor yielded to grain finish.

Jul 21, 2008 Nice clean crisp taste. Not much in the way of wheat though. A little grassiness, but leaned more towards a slightly amped up lager. Not sure how this differs from a hefe, as some of the bananna/clove aspects where there, same as a hefe would be. Tasty summer bump for sure.

Jul 2, 2008 Bottle. Zesty wheat nose with pepper and a bit of stale funk. Green-tinged yellow body with a creamy white head. Sweetish taste is lightly wheaty and bright, the dry wheat becomes much more pronounced in the aftertaste. A nice touch of indeterminate exotic fruit, either mango or guava or kiwi. Medium creamy body with just enough effervescence. I warmed to this after a bit.
