Commercial Description:
This great American Pale Ale is hand-crafted with a natural blend of the finest barley malt, Munich, Carapils and Crystal specialty malts, Cascade and Williamette hops and pure water. The taste is clean and complex, with a fruit accent and a dry, hoppy finish.

Not my favorite. Right out of the bottle. Somewhat watery. I guess it would not be hard to have another, but we will keep it at that.

Was an APA but missing something. Something important, something like flavor maybe. I honestly cant pinpoint it, but something strange with this brew. Wont tap back into this one for sure.

Bottle Pours a golden honey color witha fine creamy white head and very thick clingy lacing. Aromas are mainly light grain and hops. Flavor is more hopy than I expected. The grapefruit/citrus variety. Not very strong and fairly sweet. A bit of a grassy flavor as well. Quite plain and simple. Drinkable though and not unpleasant. Just not very interesting.

GLBF bottle sample: Golden amber with some head. Nose is quite grassy, somewhat citrusy. Thin bodied session ale, has just enough hops flavor at the finish to make it enjoyable. Malts are a bit thin, but does satisfy. Decent.

Autumn Brew Review 2004. Amber color with a little head. Surprisingly, there’s a fair amount of hops in here. Good flavor and no horrid aftertaste. Hey, this one’s okay!

Had this one on draught in Stevens Point. This is an excellent Pale Ale. Quite bitter and hoppy, aromatic, hints of clove and other spices. Deep brownish red color. This one is a keeper.

Light amber color with a small off white stable head. Aromas of pale malt with a touch more hops than your normal american standard. Caramel and light fruit flavors. More of an american standard ale then an APA per se, but drinkable.
