Bottle courtesy of Mother in Law. More of a spice coriander than floral aroma. Golden body with white head. Flavor had a mix of sweet malt, coriander and moderate bitter. Thick body texture so heavy on the malt that is what sticks to palate. Different brew, alcohol warming affect.

Hazy copper coler with a thin white head. Floral hop aroma with a hint of citrus. Anitial flavor is rich and malty with a trace of caramel, finish is hoppy and dry.

Thanks 17thfloor for this bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a big frothy off white head. Aroma is a bit off, lots of malt and some caramel with a floral note that is a bit overbearing. Very sweet and a bit of a grainy note, surprisingly no alcohol. Flavor starts very sweet almost syrupy, very weird. There’s where the alcohol appears, whoa weird finish, metallic and very bitter spiced hops along with old bread. Bleck, the finish is a mess of flavors that are all fighting each other. Medium body and a softer carbonation. I just can’t get into this beer, it’s not right at all, the Sam Adams Imperial Pilsener is so much nicer

Pour clear copper with an off-white head. The aroma is quite malt with untoasted malt, some dough, bubblegum and a syrupiness. The body is medium / thick with fairly sharp carbonation. The taste is much like the aroma, but it does have some spicy hops - still a malt forward beer. It is quite cloying as well. Okay, I guess.

Bottled. Poured slightly cloudy, milky golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up more honey than bready malts, with a deeper level of floral notes and rubbing alcohol.. wet grains on the back.. not in the least bit enticing. The flavor had honey and the aforementioned grains at the core, with prickly citrus and floral notes around.. concentrated lemon juice and boozy heat over tacky malts on the finish. Heavier-bodied with lower-than-expected carbonation.. too hot with too few interesting ingredients.

(12oz bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a spare white head. Aroma of grain, honey, grass, and cereal. Flavor of grass, grain, light soap, and citrus.

The imperial part was not necessary, just make a good pilsner. This is solid anyway. low carbonation. Light gold color. Lots of bread dough, like sourdough, and some yeast. Good hops in the aroma and flavor. An enjoyable lager, that is slightly less enjoyable as it warms.
