Pours a slightly hazed, tawny golden color w/ a full, semi creamy froth. Good head retention. Residual lacing is exceptional w/ a full ring and a full canopy. Aroma is slightly tart like a Gueze Lambic. Interesting! Medium nectar w/ ample residual effers. Some serious use of honey here. Very lambic in nature w/ it’s slightly tart disposition yet no sweetness. Defined honey musk through to the finish. Finish is bittered nicely. I have to say, this brew is grossly underrated.

Smells like honey, looks bad. The initial flavor is pretty gross, but it has a good aftertaste. Odd. Not a real good beer overall, but okay.

Color is a hazy yellow with a foamy topping. Light aroma of malt and grass and smells like a typical lager. Flavor is tart with citric and sour with grain malt. Extensive shelf life i guess.

Bottle: Hazy gold color, sticky white head, nose of tart lemon and light hops. A bet acedic and metallic. Some sweet hoppy notes blend with the malts well, but there’s some odd sourness to it. The flavor is also sour and caustic, finishes tart. This was very similar to the chocolate porter in that aspect; bad.

Bottled. Pours a golden in color, with traces of red. Somewhat sour cheesecake like aroma. Interesting sour honey sweetness to it. For some reason this beer has cream cheese characteristics. Although, it is not what I expected it isn’t all that bad. Very sweet, kind of like a dessert beer.

I thought ths beer hit the mark. There where some flaws but for a Honey blonde ale this was a great beer. The flavor of honey was very slight and I can really tellt hey tried to make a great beer. Great color, head and overall flavor. Good Job.

I thought I had a bad bottle, but I see others comments on the sourness. Smelled like sour honey, sort of sickly sweet. Taste was sour at first, but did have a sweet, honey aftertaste. Still it made me a little nauseous toward the end of the bottle. Over all, blech.
