This is a fruity beer with fresh flavors of peach and vanilla nectar to also include some melon and citrus. The finish is fresh with lingering fruit and a mild bittering. The sweetness level is mild yet defined. A very refreshing beer. Quevillon (1539), Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, Canada

Aromas are inviting, dominated by noble hops and sweet malt, in quite equal proportions. Palate displays honey, lemon, sweetened apricot and some chewy caramel malt. Great support comes from both the hops and yeast. Hops add a great degree of floral spice, while trademark Belgian yeast adds white pepper and star anise.
