White foamy head that holds up quite a while. Fruity and light with a very strong hop taste during and after.
Quite enjoyable and refreshing, an unusual beer worth a try.

May 13, 2008 White foamy full lasting head. Cloudy light amber colour. Aroma is moderately malty, fruity with light citrus and floral notes. Flavor is moderately fruity with light candy tones, ending in a hoppy finish. Medium bodied.

May 11, 2008 Nice amber color with a foamy, nice white head. Spicey aroma of hop, coriander, citruses, some malt and yeast.. The hop dominates the flavour with a bit of coriander, sour orange and sweet malt taste. Complex mouthfeel, dry aftertaste. Fine delisicious beer!

May 10, 2008 Deep golden and nice fluffy white head. Huge hop aroma: floral pungent and slightly spicy with lemon notes, being followed closely by a sweet malt aroma. Medium carbonation and a smooth slightly thick body. Honey sweetness with plenty more hops in the flavor. Nice and hoppy with the hops dominating the beer, but in a good way. I was very impressed surprisingly different.

May 6, 2008 Bottle at the Belgian Embassy in Oslo. This slightly pale golden beer with a little hazyness and a nice white head released earthy, dusty hop aromas, as well as a little fuityness and some aromas of pale malt. Really pleasant hoppy touch. The flavor is of course also hoppy, with earthy and dusty flavors, but not as hoppy as I expected when sniffing it. The alcohol is also well hidden considering it’s 7.5% ABV. It’s nice and silky in the mouch, with a pleasant level of carbonation, quite full-bodied. A true beauty from a country not usually brewing hoppy beers. (080410)

May 3, 2008 Great hoppy Belgian Ale. The cloudy appearance hints at the rich flavor ahead. Has the great musty scent that I look for in Belgian Ales with a dray hoppy taste and a crisp, floral finish. I could drink this all day.

May 1, 2008 On tap at HopLeaf in Chicago. Pours amber and clear with a lasting hug whitish head on tap. Smell is lightly funky and belgian yeasty. Taste is dusty, floral, hoppy and saison like with a thinnish body and medium carbonation. Pretty flavorful, and not bad at all.

Apr 30, 2008 Bottle. Peach and smokey malt aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Sweet peach/apple malt and astringent herbal hops flavor. Hops overwhelm the other flavors.
