Get it draught and it’s the best in the sun. Although very hoppy it’s also fresh and sweet...if you can find it! davidpl (435), Santiago, Chile
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 10, 2007 Appearance: blond bronze color. Great head, rocky, dense and very persistent. Beautiful foam.
Aroma: soft malty; fruitiness of peaches, grapefruit, quince, lemon, orange and ripe pineapple. Light, nice and refreshing sourness. Intensive hoppy, similar to peel citric fruits. Some liquory.
Flavor: medium and persistent hoppy, refreshing and medicinal-herby. I remember a good Tripel. Not very complex, citric-fruitiness of lemon, peaches and pineapple. Nice bitter-fruitiness of peel grapefruit. Dry-hoppy finish, with metallic touch and soft liquory.
Palate: light body, semi-oily texture. Medium carbonation. yespr (12175), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Slight sour/acidic aroma, freshing at first but turns into a slight sweaty aroma. Soft almost creamy mouthfeel. Slight sweet caramel flavoured. Slight yeasty. Minor grain flavour note too. Soft, slight sweet bitter finish. Softly balanced brew. Flavour was good but aroma not quite as expected, I’m unsure if tap lines had gotten infected. xnoxhatex (1305), Grand Rapids/Chicago, Michigan, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 25, 2007 12 oz bottle, Well’s Discount Liquors. Pours a slightly cloudy dark gold body under a one inch fizzy beige head with lots of retention due to the vigerous carbonation. Aroma is fruity and yeasty with an herbal undercurrent. Light citrus and lime zest. Flavor is pale doughy malt with a fairly apparent herbal spicing. Lots of yeast influence, and noticable alcohol on the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and fairly thick in texture. Moderate fizzy efforvescent carbonation. This was OK, but not a favorite. I found the alcohol was a bit much for the beer.
