| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 26, 2007 [bottle] Deep golden color, medium soapy white head. Yeasty (horse blanket...) and herbal aroma. Well hopped ale with a good body and a dry finish that lacks some depth and character to be really special. reakt (937), Greater London, England
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 23, 2007 Updated: Sep 1, 2007 bottle from uto. Hoppy grass, herb aroma. Taste of malts, flowers and grass. Quite dry. Nice mouthfeel. If I was into these characteristics, I’d think this was brilliant. But it just doesn’t appeal to me. vyvvy (2068), Hazelwood, Missouri, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 21, 2007 Pours clear amber with a white / beige head. The aroma is very floral and herbal with spicy hops and some earthiness. Medium / light body with quite a bit of carbonation. The flavor starts with lightly toasted malt, grassy / herbal traits, light mustiness and Belgium earthiness. The finish is lightly sour and astringent but not prominent enough to detract from the positive traits. An okay Belgium ale, but for the price there are far better. patrick767 (2051), fort wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 21, 2007 bottle - Pours hazy yellow with a medium sized head and fine suspended yeast particles. The aroma has yeast, citrus fruit, and a hint of spice. The flavor is sweet with fruit and spice. Medium bodied and light, it goes down easy. Strong ale? I suppose that’s because of the 7.5% abv, but this definitely drinks like a session brew. LinusStick (1851), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Light gold pour with a 1 finger white head that laced the whole glass. Aroma was faint but yeasty. Taste was a slight fruity and yeasty taste with a nice bitter finish. I would have never guessed this beer was 7.5%. Hides it well and goes down easy. kkearn (1011), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
