| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 15, 2006 Beer pours a cloudy, dark golden honey color with a big, totally retained egg white head. There is copious lacing. Aroma is flowery, with some serious yeast notes. Flavor is initially sweet with a bit of hop bite in the finish. Very nice yeast flavor also, and biting bone dry finish. An enjoyable ale, I would be more than happy to buy/drink again. bluevegie (2201), Perth, Australia
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 15, 2006 Good size, fluffy white head on a hazy golden body. Aroma of yeast, vanilla malt and spice. The taste is fairly well balanced leaning towards the hops mainly, a bit of lemon butter, dry light spice, alcohol is just noticeable, smooth and medium body. I liked this beer and could almost have a session with it but just watch the 7.5% alcohol. MI2CA (1266), Noblesville, Indiana, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 11, 2006 33cl - A-10 whatever that means for age - Aroma of wet malt and wheat. Yeasty bread dough and a touch of hops. Pours yellow-orange with a ton of bubbles, a nice medium head and great lacing. Flavor is also malty, wet wheat, and some funk. The hops have faded leaving it one dimensional on the malt tip. Palate is skunky and metallic. A bit to stale tasting for me, especially for the money. Dedollewaitor (3736), Odense, Denmark

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 9, 2006 Bottle: Hazy golden body, somewhat cloudy, with a medium white head that sticks nicely atop the beer. The aroma is sweet malt, yeast, sugar, stale grain, and bits of grass. The taste is sweet malt, strawberry, fruit, yeast, grains, some bitterness but not much flavor from the hops, with a bit of apple towards the finish. Medium bodied, medium-lively carbonation, finishes sweet, thick, and malty. According to our waiter this bottle was fresh and had not passed the "drink by" date, though I know this one is supposed to be much more hoppy, so I’m not entirely convinced my bottle wasn’t old. Will make an effort to re-rate this one and if I don’t please post a forum topic bitching about it. Magjayran (1379), Durham, North Carolina, USA
