Pours a very cloudy dark gold with a thick white head. The dominant flavor that I get from this is yeast...it’s just a yeast bomb. I sort of don’t get the point of this at an extreme beer festival. It gets lost. I’ll have to revisit it. nickd717 (1408), Palo Alto, California, USA

Lots of yeast on the nose. Very grassy with some undetones of citrus. A bit of honey’s up in there also.
It’s a bit thin and grassy on the the palate. Some tropical flavors and banana present as well, but not with the texture that’d I’d originally suspected, which is where this beer really loses out.
I like this beer but I can’t love it. Certainly a solid Belgian strong ale, but not a stand-out.
