Bottled 33 Cl. Pour amber, with a thin brief head, without leaving many laces on the glass. Malty aroma with a slight remind of caramel and a bit of alcohol. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Bitter finish that increases with time. Not a must have, neither a bad one, being an italian bock. Sorry for some (probably) mistake, but this is my first rating!

[Bottled] Clear amber, brief head. Bready malt aroma. Dryish and firmly malty with clean mouthfeel. Has that dusty, raisiny, dense malt flavour well reminiscent of Einbecker Ur-Bock that I find very enjoyable. Salty finish. A good commercial bock!

Bottle: Aroma is light alcoholic with sherry notes. Flavor is very unbalaced, acid and oxidation notes. Light sherry notes.

NIce Italian one. This "Doppio Malto"’s ones are very good. NOt too alcoholic like German Bocks.

Attractive red neck and label. Clear brown. Small off-white head. Weak smell of caramel malt. Blend flavour of citrus, caramel, yeast and a sourish touch to it. Short bitter finish. Watery mouthfeel (Thanks to KnutAlbert for this one).

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear amber golden with a handsome, stable, off-white head. Malty, caramelish in a typical Bock fashion. Surprisingly light-bodied, actually a bit watery with some caramel malt and a light bitter finish. 220406
