| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 10, 2004 A red beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of alcohol, oranges, and peaches. The flavor is malty with notes of caramel and berries - especially cowberries. It has quite a thin mouthfeel - especially considering the 6.5% ABV, but all in all an OK beer. Thanks to Alex (fiulijn) for trading me this. Papsoe (15180), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 23, 2006 (Bottle 33 cl) Pours a clear amber golden with a handsome, stable, off-white head. Malty, caramelish in a typical Bock fashion. Surprisingly light-bodied, actually a bit watery with some caramel malt and a light bitter finish. 220406 yespr (12429), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 18, 2006 [Bottled] Clear amber, brief head. Bready malt aroma. Dryish and firmly malty with clean mouthfeel. Has that dusty, raisiny, dense malt flavour well reminiscent of Einbecker Ur-Bock that I find very enjoyable. Salty finish. A good commercial bock!
