Commercial Description:

Formerly known as Poretti Premium.

33 cL bottle at 33 cL bottle at Fiumicino airport, Rome. Pours pale yellow with a slight cloudy look and a dense and chalk white head. Mild malt aroma. Vague malt and very minor bitterhops flavour. Bland and boring flavour and finish.

Bottle. Poured a light straw colour with a thick white head, plenty of hops in the aroma, the beer is a touch watery ,nothing special.

Draught at Revolution, City of London. A foul smelling beer. Nose of metal and staleness. Pours a straw coiloured beer. Taste is tart and offputting, I couldn’t finish this one.

Bottle, Malpensa airport. Full malt taste, this is premium comperared to the standard Italian lager. A little bitterness in the finish, too. OK.

On tap at Flamingoland amusement park, Yorkshire. Pale golden colour, low head. Slightly yeasty and fruity aroma. Very fizzy mouthfeel, bad. The flavour is also slightly yeasty with some undefined sickly notes, and some unpleasant dry hops in the finish. Not good.

served in a typically pretentious uk bar, frequented by too many corona drinkers. it’s a boring, over-priced, yellowy water which is thin, insipid and overly gassy. not advised to smell before drinking either - that crappy, diluted, metallic, mass produced, euro-lager aroma.
