Flavours are grain and sweetcorn with some citrus notes. Some sourness with metal soap and biscuit. Refreshing and not bad. TheBeerOrg (1586), Kentucky, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 19, 2006 Appetising sweet hop aroma. Clean, crisp and malty. A surprisingly dry finish leaning towards the Pilsener style. Fairly typical of the Italian beers I’ve sampled. Uncomplicated but tastily refreshing. hughie (3075), Bedford, Bedfordshire, England

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jul 9, 2006 I was in a bar in Covent Gardens and there wasn’t a lot of choice available anyhow this was another rate at the least and it turned out to be not my worst Italian lager. A little lemony, sweet but not sickly sweet. Nekronos (2265), Xalapa, Mexico

| 0.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | May 27, 2006 Bottle at The Huntsman pub. Part of a World Cup "World Lager Stars" promotion. Buy eight different bottled lagers and get a T-shirt. Price of the bottle was £2.75 for 300ml. I just bought eight cans of lager from my local corner shop for £5. That’s 1.25p a litre, compared to £9.16 a litre for this Italian nonsense. I think that’s working out to be a very expensive "free" T-shirt. And the beer is very grim. Malt is blurry and starchy, and the faint hops are dull and indistinguished. This is low quality of the lowest order. Dismal. Just about drinkable.
