Aroma had notes of coffee, lots of caramel, light nuttiness and toasted malt nots with a light sweet toffee not to finish. Flavor had a light fruity note - cherry and apple, with lots of sweet caramel. The moderate carbonation produced a very smooth, light sticky and moderately heavy brew. Overall a pretty good brew with a higher amount of sugary sweetness. patrickfannon (384), Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, USA

Rocky, cream-texture sunset-sky head. A rather plain mineral, seltzer, browned butter aroma. Flavor is rather tangy and a bit metallic. Carbonation is a bit flat. Some well developed sugar textures, some surprisingly fresh alcohol, and a lack of chewiness. This is alright, but there’s a distinct metallic-twang that doesn’t light my fire, so to speak. A bit wet. Interesting to try, but unexciting.
