Very little brown head, just around the edges. Huge vanilla and oak smells up front, a little bourbon hidden in the back. Taste, lots of vanilla and bourbon. Beautiful. A little bit of oak and quite a bit of hot alcohol towards the finish. Full and thick, just enough carbonation. Beautiful mouthfeel.

Aroma is oak/bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, and some dark esters. Flavor is the same with the addition of a touch of coffee. This beer smells and taste great! Medium to full body. Aromas of bourbon, oak, vanilla, esspresso, carmel, milk chocolate and a hint of dark fruit. Palate was medium bodied smooth and slightly warming. Flavors of bourbon, vanilla, lighnt oak, dark chocolate, mocha and a hint of dark fruit with a smooth lightly warming lingering semi sweet finish. This Beer really rocks!!!
