22 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy copper color with a thin head and thin lacing. Aroma is mildly hoppy and citrussy. Lots of citrus on the tongue and finished clean and light, maybe even a just a bit watery. Really nice IPA.

Bottle thanks to Bitbucket!
Bubbling tan-amber with a large, frothy white head. Nose has light berry, grass, and soap, but its almost pure hop. Similar flavor in heavy grapefruit and citrus. Moderate and chewy body but steering clear of salty landmines or becoming sugary and sticky. Yes it is singularly focused, but if there is only one way that an IPA should go, it is this.

A: Nice golden orange color with a big puffy head. The head dies down but is constantly fed by tiny bubbles. The head that does hang around leaves behind some lovely lacing. S: Nice floral piney character. There is some sugary sweetness underlying but pine is dominant. T: The floral aroma comes thru in the taste. There is some pine as well and it finishes with a citrus bite. There is an underlying malty sweetness in this one to balance it all out. A pretty good IPA. M: Medium bodied and smooth drinking.

Dark amber pour with a white head. Nice hoppy aroma and taste. The hops are tasty, but not dominating or overtaking. Really nice lacing on the glass.

on tap @ Jakes Bar and Bistro Steilacoom, this is a great IPA and it is approachable, crisp, hoppy without being to resinous on the tounge, a great food ipa with just the right amount of floral quality!

Cask Stillage from the Jug at the GABF, Colorado Convention Center 26/09/2009 Big pine hop aroma. Small white head. Golden coloured very hoppy and fruity with a pine flavour. A little dryness in a crisp and bitter malt finish.

From 22 0z bottle into tulip. It poured a golden yellow color a bit hazy with a nice white head. The smell is definitely San Diego style IPA all the way with nice floral hop aromas. Up front it has a strong grapefruit citrus hop flavor with some floral and pine hops flavors as well. A bit of malt with a nice dry crisp finish. Not a bad IPA at all, I think a little more from the malt side wouldn’t hurt though. Overall a great IPA, but I’d swing for their Hop 15 before this any day.

This beer is definitely geared toward the hops, it is light and fizzy, which exaggerates the bitterness and the finish.
