Commercial Description:
Based on a 3,000 year old recipe, this may be the most interesting beer you've ever had! This is all organic, no hops beer with an aroma that is pungently sweet and filling. The caramel flavor comes from the honey & carapils malt & is well balanced with earthy overtones of the HEATHER flowers. A medium body with a dry champagne - like finish.

Incredibly spicy, but not in the way that ravages the mouth. Earthy and musty, yes. An interesting beer I think some people would like a lot.
