Commercial Description:
Crisp with bitterness and flavor, this intense India Pale takes a pale malt background and pushes it over the top with generous hop additions throughout the brewing process. Our most popular ale.

Bottle from Bottleworks in Seattle, WA. Pours amber with a thick sudsy white head, with some slight haze. Aroma of citrusy hops. Medium bodied. Initial flavor of initial flavor of toffee malts that transitions to bitter middle, that is grassy and apple like. Bitter finish has flavors of tea, soap, and butterscotch.

Thanks for sharing artsuory. Lightly hazed gold, creamy white head. Deep flroal and grassy tones lay on waves of butterscotch and grapefruit zest. BItter fresh hop slap of grapefruit and grassy flroals form start to finish. Light sweet caramel malt aims for balance, but never comes close. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry, bitter floral finish. This was a nice suprise....

Not much to say but it was a decent honest IPA, no head, very hoppy and quite enjoyable, would certainly drink it with a meal!

Poured from a bomber. A hazy, dandelion yellow body. Fairly standard aroma of honey, rose petals, and peach skin. Well executed. Dust settles in with a little warmth. Taste is grassy, heavy on weed, with quiet light fruits that whisper in and out. Green apple and peach, mostly. Vagrant malt intimations are fleeting. Green tea and wheat grass in a vegetal finish. Palate is loose, prickly. Reasonably refreshing and quite enjoyable, though a bit off balance. Thanks for sharing, Ryan!

an aggressive pour produced a marginal head but the color is a nice bronze. clean fresh hop aroma. bitterness crescendos down the tongue and finishes a bit pointed

Light amber with a nice white head. Aroma is a sweet hoppiness with fruit, apricot and peach. Pretty hoppy with a light fruity background, alomst a very very light roasty note in the background also.
