Commercial Description:
Crisp with bitterness and flavor, this intense India Pale takes a pale malt background and pushes it over the top with generous hop additions throughout the brewing process. Our most popular ale.

Medium orange color. Medium sized white head. Aroma is very fruity, floral and sweet, orange and peaches. A medium to full bodied India Pale Ale. Malts are very fruity and estery and sweet. Hops are very prevalent, grapefruity and floral. A hop bomb. Big hop bitterness, yet there is still a nice malty fruitiness to it. The fruitiness is more evident in the aroma than the taste. Fairly smooth. Nice hoppy IPA. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is bitter.

Thanks for sharing artsuory. Lightly hazed gold, creamy white head. Deep flroal and grassy tones lay on waves of butterscotch and grapefruit zest. BItter fresh hop slap of grapefruit and grassy flroals form start to finish. Light sweet caramel malt aims for balance, but never comes close. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry, bitter floral finish. This was a nice suprise....

Bottle, just called "IPA". Pours a pale gold, hazy, with a small, bubbly white head. Smells huge of fresh planty hops, very pungent and spicy, some wood, hay, char, but man, I could season a steak with these hops. Tastes initially toasty, quickly followed up with a bitter spicy, slightly piny hop flavor, finishing with a bit of orange juice and strong grapefruit, slightly burnt aftertaste. Medium to light bodied, creamy. Good stuff!

Light amber with a nice white head. Aroma is a sweet hoppiness with fruit, apricot and peach. Pretty hoppy with a light fruity background, alomst a very very light roasty note in the background also.

Pours gold with a thin white head. Smells of wildflowers, some dry malt earthy. Tastes perfumy and spicy with some tea hints on the finish.
