Bomber thanks to Brandon! Poured clear medium brown with a short, swirly cap of beige head. The aroma picked up soft, sweeter chocolates, caramel, and a pinch of brown sugar with accents of earth and vanilla.. simple, but well-executed. The flavor had semi-sweet chocolates, toasted nutty notes, and caramel at the core.. earth and grainy bitterness around.. drier finish without too much going on. Light-medium bodied and dry on the palate with mild bitterness.. OK, but as pointed out below, seemingly dumbed down.

bottle by way of riversideAK.

the auburn brown pour appears to be rather thin. it*s capped by a fleeting beige head which i had to really work for. there is a definite milky sourness from the roast along with coffee, faint vanilla and dry generic hoppiness. the flavor is rather boring... earth, herbal dryness, coffee, mild vanilla, toasted caramel-y nuts and some floral iced tea-like hoppiness on the finish. there*s a mild sourness throughout the palate. the body is light to light/medium with a sharp mouth feel. it is however, easy to drink.

very simple brew... almost like there was no effort put into it. but, it is certainly not terrible. 5/3/5/3/12/2.8

Courtesy of Acertain. Sweet cola-like, malty aroma with muted caramel notes. The body is a dark brown and holds a soda like fizzy, bubbly tan head that fades to nothing almost immediately. Mild roast bitterness quickly fades to very sweet molasses, cola, malt and chocolate. Despite the soda like pour it is pretty still in the glass. It actually grows on you as it warms getting nutty and more toasty with a more defined molasses profile.
