May 27, 2009 Golden beer with a nice lasting head and good lace. Some butter on the nose with some pleasant citrus notes - lemon, lime, grapefruit. Buttery malts up front in the flavor followed by a good citrus hop base. Bitey citrus bitterness lingers for a long time. Actually pretty damn buttery which ruins a really nice hop profile IMO.
