BückDich (4540), Boise, Idaho, USA Aug 22, 2007 Bottle: Gold, copper, nice head and lacing. Nose of creamy sweet malt, biscuit and light grassy hops. The flavor is grassy and unbalanced, tangy mouthfeel, light tart body and an odd taco-y finish. Ok. beerguy101 (3478), Newark, California, USA Sep 16, 2005 This pale ale pours a medium orange color from a 22 oz bottle. Large white foamy head, with long lasting lacing. Aroma is citrus, lemon and brown sugar. A medium bodied Pale Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet, touch of brown sugar and caramel, lemony and fruity. Hops are kind of mild, touch of citrus and grapefruit. Kind of a milder Pale Ale. Probably closer to an amber than a pale ale. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
